Jelly Press strives to make our customer's experience something special. Little details, a special touch - that is at the heart of Jelly Press. Be it through hidden elements in our illustrations, a little something extra in packaging or a one on one experience with our customers. Creating a sense of community with our customers and retailers is vital to our brand be it through product signings or popping to the local retail shops to say hi! With this value we strictly adhere to the belief of supporting local. All products are painted, printed and packaged in our hometown of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. 

 

ORDERING & PAYMENT

$200 minimum for opening orders. $100 minimum for reorders.

 

Orders can be placed through our website using the private wholesale page.

Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal online. Full and approved payment is due upon receipt of retailers receiving their order. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10%.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Jelly Press asks that all cancellations or exchanges to your order be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items have been damaged in transit or are defective. Please notify us of damaged product within 5 business days or receiving the product.

DELIVERY

Large orders placed within the local New Smyrna Beach area many be hand delivered within 2 - 5 business days or picked up at the Jelly Press studio inside of the The Florida Local (202 Julia Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida). Small fulfillment orders may be delivered using USPS. Retailers will receive a tracking number upon time of shipment. Shipping, duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer and will be billed with the order.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Packaged sets may not be broken up and sold individually. Failure to comply may result in in account termination. Contact Jelly Press for any questions in regards to packaging.
